Top-Up Credit Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pets Territory! We're excited to offer you our convenient and rewarding top-up credit service. Below, you'll find all the important details about how it works and what you can expect. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding.

How It Works:When you top up your account, you'll receive credits based on the amount you add. We have designed four enticing credit packages for you to choose from:

    • RM888: Free RM68 credit + 2 packs of economic product.
    • RM1288: Free RM138 credit + 4 packs of economic product.
    • RM1888: Free RM288 credit + 10 packs of premium product.
    • RM2388: Free RM468 credit + 1 Pets Territory tote bag.
    • RM6888: Free RM2000 credit + 1 Pets Territory tote bag and 10 packs of premium product.



  3. Please note that the extra free credit will be added in 1-2 working days in your account after logging in to your account.
Also the rates of our product are approximate and subject to change.

Exclusions:The top-up credit offers apply to a wide variety of products in our store, but certain items and promotions are excluded. These exclusions include items such as Breeder packs and other promotional items.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Credit Expiry: The top-up credits have a validity period of one year from the date of top-up. Any unused credits will expire after this period.

  2. Delivery Service: The top-up credits cannot be used to cover delivery charges. However, if you wish to avail of our free delivery service, the total order amount after applying discounts must meet or exceed RM250.

  3. Promotion Exclusion: Please note that top-up credits cannot be used to purchase promotional items. These credits are not eligible for use in conjunction with ongoing store promotions.

  4. Refund and Exchange: Top-up credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once purchased, they cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of credit.

  5. Non-Transferable: The top-up credits are intended for the account to which they were allocated and cannot be transferred to another account.

  6. Change in Terms: Pets Territory reserves the right to modify or terminate the top-up credit program, including the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

  7. Discretionary Application: The application of top-up credits is at the sole discretion of Pets Territory. We reserve the right to refuse or limit the use of credits in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
