Terms and Condition for the Points

1. Eligibility & Membership

• The Loyalty Program is open to registered account holders on [www.petsterritoryrealrawproject.com](https://www.petsterritoryrealrawproject.com).

• Membership is free, non-transferable, and limited to one (1) account per individual.

2. Earning Points

• Standard Earning Rate: Members earn 1 Loyalty Point for every RM2.00 spent on eligible purchases made on the website (excluding shipping, taxes, and applied promotional discounts).

• Exclusion for Top-Up Members: Top-up members and purchases made using pre-funded account balance/top-up packages are NOT eligible to earn Loyalty Points. Points are strictly earned on standard direct purchases.

• Points are automatically credited to the member’s account upon successful completion and full payment of an order. Returned, refunded, or canceled orders will result in the forfeiture of all associated earned points.

3. Point Redemption & Rewards

• Points can be redeemed exclusively on [www.petsterritoryrealrawproject.com](https://www.petsterritoryrealrawproject.com) for eligible raw food packs and accessories according to the following schedule:

  • 2kg Raw Food Pack: 1,800 Points

  • 5kg Raw Food Pack: 4,000 Points

  • 10kg Raw Food Pack: 7,500 Points

  • Bowls & Accessories: Points threshold to be announced upon item release.

• Points cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or refunded back to money.

• Point redemptions cannot be combined with other promotional codes, wholesale rates, or top-up member discounts unless specified otherwise.

4. Point Expiration & Forfeiture

• Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Expired points will be automatically removed from the member’s balance and cannot be reinstated.

5. General Conditions & Program Changes

• Pets Territory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, point earning rates, or reward redemption tiers at any time without prior notice.

• Any suspected abuse, fraud, or tampering with the Loyalty Program will result in immediate termination of the member's account and forfeiture of all accumulated points.
