Terms & Conditions:

• Payment Requirement: To activate this voucher, customers are required to make an upfront payment of RM50.
• Service Area: The free delivery pass is applicable only for deliveries within the Klang Valley area.
• Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: The RM50 payment made to activate the voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Voucher Validity: The 10 times free delivery pass must be used within one year from the date of voucher activation. Any unused delivery passes will expire after this period and will not be eligible for refund or extension.
• Usage Limit: The voucher entitles the holder to 10 free deliveries within the specified area during the validity period. Each successful delivery will be counted as one usage, regardless of the order size or value.
• Delivery Terms: Standard delivery terms and conditions apply to all deliveries made under this voucher.
• Additional Charges: Any additional services requested beyond standard delivery may incur extra charges, which are to be borne by the customer.
• Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
• Modification or Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the voucher program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice or liability.
• Misuse of Voucher: Any misuse or abuse of the voucher program will result in immediate cancellation of the voucher without refund or compensation.
• Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use or inability to use the voucher
